Overview
The user manager module is used to configure employees of the organization/school district and external users. A record of completed courses for a specific person can be accessed here as well as establishing a “lockout” of the user for the entire district among other things.
How can I find a user?
1. First, log into Ascriptica
2. Click on ‘Tools’ from the menu on the left.
3. Click on ‘User Manager’ as shown below to open the module.

How can I add a new user?
1. First, open the ‘User Manager’ module.Click here to find out how to open the ‘User Manager’ module.
2. Click on the ‘New’ button as shown below.
3. This will take you to the ‘Add User’ wizard which will guide you through the steps of adding a new user.
4. All the required fields are marked with an asterisk as shown below.

How can I edit user details?
1. First, open the ‘User Manager’ module. Click here to find out how to open the ‘User Manager’ module.
2. Find out the user you are interested in editing and click on the ‘Edit’ icon as shown below.

How can I delete a user?
1. First, open the ‘User Manager’ module. Click here to find out how to open the ‘User Manager’ module.
2. Find out the user you want to delete and click on the ‘Delete’ icon as shown below.

How can I merge two or more users’ accounts (history, pending courses, etc)?
1. First, open the ‘User Manager’ module. Click here to find out how to open the ‘User Manager’ module.
2. Select two or more user accounts you want to merge by clicking on the checkbox on the left then click on ‘Merge User’ as shown below.
