ASCRIPTICA 2026.1

Release Date: April, 2026

What’s new!

New Features:

Group Reservations
A new reservation workflow allows organizations to allocate a specific number of seats to defined groups. Groups can be based on position and/or work location. This ensures each group has fair access to available seats and can register without competing against the entire user population.

Enhanced Session and Performance Handling
Stability improvements address intermittent 504 gateway timeout issues caused by session table growth. These updates improve responsiveness for high‑usage environments.

User Lockout Permission
A new permission allows organizations to control which roles can lock and unlock user accounts. This gives administrators more flexibility and prevents unintended unlocks.

Work Location Change Auditing
Work location updates are now logged, allowing administrators to review what changed and when. This supports better oversight of changes that may affect payment routing or approval workflows.

Approver Logic Enhancements in the Course Wizard
The Course Wizard now prevents pending registrants from becoming orphaned when approval levels are turned off. Pending participants at a removed approval level are automatically advanced to the next step in the workflow
