Course Track Enhancements
The Course Track module received significant updates this release. Tracks now display a short description, a long description, and a view option directly in the registration list, giving registrants the information they need to evaluate a track before committing to enrollment. District administrators can also monitor real‑time progress, completion status, and completion rates for all users assigned to a Course Track, making it easier to identify users who are behind schedule and ensure compliance with required training within the designated timeframe.

Contact Hours Override
Administrators can now manually override contact and non‑contact hours for individual enrollments, providing the flexibility needed to accurately reflect credit for exceptional cases without modifying the course record itself.

Membership‑Based Billing Methods
Billing method options can now be configured per membership type. Organizations can restrict members and/or non‑members to specific Bill to options (such as Self‑pay or System).

Account Lock Email Notification
When a user’s account is locked, they can be notified alerting them to the lock and directing them to contact the appropriate office. Administrators can customize the notification text through the existing email template system.
