Improvements and Tweaks
- Courses marked as Do Not Publish are now properly restricted from access via direct course links.
- Registration approval requests marked as Withdrawn are now automatically excluded from approval workflows.
- Resolved an issue where historical invoices were not visible through the invoice help interface.
- Resolved an issue where users could bypass restrictions and register for track-based courses using direct links.
- Resolved an issue where email addresses were always appended to user names on sign-in sheets. This introduces a new tag, #user_qualifier#, allowing admins to optionally append either email or user ID to any name.
- Resolved an issue in the enrollment tool where importing a large number of enrollment records resulted in system errors/hanging.
- Resolved an issue where exporting large number of courses triggered system errors or failed to complete. We also reduced the number of files required to export course data, streamlining the process.
- Resolved an issue where the enrollment import process incorrectly required a PO number, even when the system was configured to make it optional.
- Resolved an issue in the enrollment tool where user names wrapped unnecessarily in the list view, reducing readability.
- When generating an invoice the progress bar now turns green and displays “100%” when complete, providing clear visual feedback for users.
- Resolved issue where importing large enrollment files would hang during processing, improving reliability for bulk operations.
- Fixed issue where quotes in course titles caused errors during editing.
